McCallum for me. Stayed at the top for longer and beat more top fighters.

McCallum by quite a bit. I think Benitez had more natural ability but its full potential was never realized. McCallum was much more consistent, always focused and always trained to the minute. Just a credit to himself and to the game.

McCallum by a decent margin. Same reasons as Bokaj.

McCallum by far. At least he did damage.
And wasn't stopped as a pro.

Benitez slightly... Mccallum had the longer runand more quantity.. But at their best i just think Benitez was the more gifted fighter .. HTH i pick him over Mccallum even at 154 ..Too bad he came up in the same era as 2 of the greatest HTH monsters of alltime Hearns at JM and Leonard at WW. Great chess match Benitez edges him...MCcallumwas a great technichian and boxer,,but Benitez a little better faster, better defense,slicker...Just like Kalambygave him fits, and a few other slick guys.. So would Benitez.. Mccallum had the better chin and better puncher (at JM) but dont think that would matter here....... Benitez close but convincing decision..

BUt i can seea case for Mccallum but im one who rates skilll and hth ability as high as Resumes.
