Cotto because of his better resume and win over Mosley.I was always going to predict him to win a rematch with Margarito, but it is close.
    1 Pacquiao
    2 Marquez
    3 Hopkins
    4 Vazquez
    5 Calderon
    6 Marquez
    7 Mosley
    8 Darchinyan
    9 Williams
    10 Hatton
    11 Donaire
    12 Dawson
    13 W Klitschko
    14 Cotto
    15 Caballero
    16 Margarito

I'd have Abraham instead of Caballero and Marquez above B-Hop. Other than that, good list.

I believe Cotto should be above Margarito at the present time.

    Cotto behind Donaire?!?!?!

Donaire has beaten Vic. Hasn't done much over the past year or so.

Cotto-Loss to Margarito following wins over Gomez (a gimmee fight no doubt) but that followed wins over Mosley, Judah, Quintana, Corley, Torres.....lots of top contenders. Cotto has one loss from someone who may or may not have beaten him with the help of illegal wraps.

Donaire has beaten one guy who has gone on and shown improvement, and in turn beaten some very, very good fighters. Donaire has done nothing, this guy is seriously overrated.

P4P skills? No doubt. P4P resume or indeed, recent form? No, not at all.

I'd have Cotto above Margarito, and a bit higher on the list overall.

Some people were ready to put Cotto P4P#1 if he beat Margarito, in light of recent events I think he should still be top 10. His win over Mosley looks better than ever, too.

Arthur Abraham ahead of Caballero. Do you need me to say it again before you understand it? :patsch
