There was no robbery in the Mosley/Delahoya fights as they were both very close. ( Robbery was Oscar/Tito or Lennox/Holly 1).

However, I would say Oscar edged the series as I believe he beat Mosley by a bigger margin in 2 than he lost in 1.

(I scored 1 a draw and 2 for Oscar, but as I mentioned, too close to use the R word.)

As I mentioned earlier, Shane, depending on what he does next, could well be my pick of the three.

I have to think a bit more about the steroid issue, though.

The Mosley of Shane Oscar/Shane 1 beats the Tito who fought Oscar.

does shane's steroid use affect how he is ranked? It does to me. De la Hoya, Trinidad, then Mosely.

    Wow, dude.

Ease up on the emoticons and step up your reading and comprehension !

You state (incredulously): Mosley won both fights but loverall Oscar won the series????

The point of my post was that I didn't believe he won EITHER fight.

I scored the first a draw and the second a win for Delahoya.

Hence, by MY reckoning, he won the series.

(One of the three judges thought he WON the first fight, and a slight majority of observers, including George Foreman and Mike Tyson, thought he won the second).

I went on to say I was fine with the decision and did not consider it a robbery as a reasonable case could be made for either fight being awarded either way.

I gave a couple of examples of fights that WERE robberies.

Finally, despite being more of a Delahoya fan than a Mosley fan ( I'm a fan of both), I stated that I felt Shane, depending on what he does next, could well be ranked higher alltime than either of Oscar or Tito.

Hope this clears matters for you.

Resume wise delahoya's look better than tito but tito really only loss one fight during his prime and that was against hopkins. The other 2 is when he was way past his prime against winky and jones jr.

During trinidad prime he was almost unstoppable. He moved up in weight class and beat the best of the best until he ran into hopkins.

No he really wasnt. He fought a bunch of not very good fighters. The fighters that Tito lost to were the best fighters that he faced PERIOD. That isnt the case with Oscar and Shane.

And we ALL know that Tito didnt really WIN that fight with Oscar.

I give the nod to Oscar De La Hoya. He even beat guys that were on steroids. And had controversial losses to steroid guys too. Oscar has a lot of guts in my book. Tito too.

I can't forget Mosley's steroid use. You might call him the first Margo. When you think about it, a great fighter on steroids is a danger to normal fighter's health too.

The intent of the comment was simply to point out that Mosley lost more fights in his prime than De La Hoya did. Sure, DLH didn't fight Winky, or the legend is that Vernon Forrest. But by that same token Mosley didn't fight two P4P Kings and Bernard Hopkins either.

The fact that you believe a blatant robbery is actually a clear win, simply because the judges say so, suggests your not exactly the sharpest tool in the toolbox either.

At least I'm smart enough to know who won, and who did not win, withough having to have the judges tell me what to think and believe.

Oscar lost to both Trinidad and Mosley.

    1. Mosley (wins over Oscar MArgarito and also fought COtto)

    2. Trinidad

3 Oscar (Best win vs past prime Whitake)

Ok. And you're an illiterate juvenile moron, by I won't hold it against you.

Secondly, I'm assuming you can read? Why not scroll back, and you'll see that I clearly wrote in several posts that "Sturm was robbed against Oscar".

Oscar won five more world titles that Tito, at 3 more weights, and has a better resume.

The fact that you think "Oscar lost to Trinidad" is a bit of a joke really, I'm assuming you haven't seen the fight.

Also, DLH's best win was clearly Vargas.
