Who do you rate higher Puritty or Rahman

Rahman actually held the undisputed he championship in a fight he won by ko.


After bowe beat holy the title became fractured until Lewis reunified evey claim. Rahman cleaned his clock spectacularly.

Purrity stopped an exhausted prospect and was robbed against Morrison. The two careers are miles apart.

Rahman was clearly better. Puritty mostly just fought to survive. Vs. most of the top fighters he faced he was happy to just go the distance. At his best, Rahman was very good.

Rahman stopped Corrie Sanders in 7, Lennox Lewis in 5, beat Monte Barrett, W12, Drew with David Tua (most felt he won). He also drew with James Toney.

He has some of the craziest losses-

LTKOby10 Tua- he outboxed Tua, got hit and hurt after the bell for round 9. Came out for round 10 still hurt, Tua jumped on him, and the fight was stopped.

LTKOby8 Maskaev- he outboxed Maskaev, got caught with a good shot and was knocked thru the ropes. His head was on the floor while his feet were on a table and he didn't make it back in the ring within 20 seconds.

LTD8 Holyfield- good fight, Rahman started to grow another head and the fight was stopped. Holyfielf was ahead when the fight was stopped.

LTKOby12 Maskaev- good fight, Rahman was ahead going into the last round. Maskaev stopped Rahman with 43 seconds left in the fight.
