I don't believe Ortiz has ever stopped. He's with GBP, who's partner, BHOP, is the KING of the NDAs which Pascal broke his silence about and outted BHOP for TRT, and several fighters have admitted signing such NDAs in their contracts.

That said......Ortiz is probably STILL ROIDED, just being medically exempted.

Joshua....IDK....the BBBoC is as strict as they come, and their standards quite high, without the added pressure from sanctioning bodies.
Joshua might look the part, but he'd have to have some sneaky shiit. Just saying.

As for Spence.....unless he was roiding when he was a scrawny 12 y/o, those NIPS aint from the gear. Sadly for him, they must be genetic. Though if I were him, I'd call a good plastic surgeon and take a few months off when I got my first money win.
