In our era, I'm sure that all the top fighters (and every top level athletes in the other sports), at some point, use PED. It's now the scientists vs the tests.

Any fighter or athlete who refuses to under go random blood testing by an agency such as USADA/VADA.

No reason an athlete can't give blood and especially a boxer. Were hitting heads not baseballs here.
