No one. The idea may have roots in providing for great champions who bowed out to injury or wartime service, but today it just gives the alphabets and promotional organizations another ridiculous tool in the bag. I'll leave it to the HOF to honor the greats, not the WBC. Floyd can pull any fight he wants when he unretires thanks to his name and HBO. Awarding him for that pissant reign at 147 would confirm that the emeritus title has become utterly meaningless.
