Be careful what you wish for. What Canelo did over those 24 rounds is only child's play compared to what Canelo could do to Lil G now.

Bull Feces!! Canelo needs GGG because the vast majority of boxing folk think GGG really beat him TWICE!! Even Ginger himself KNOWS he didnt really win. How he looks in the mirror I dont know KNOWING he's just a fake. If that was me I'd make sure my opponent was given a fair fight with no corruption involved to show who really was the better man. But sadly Ginger aint got the balls to do that

Don't be ridiculous. The stringent drug testing would have made it impossible for him to come in juiced to the gills.

@Quina74 Just rewatched Round 11 from the first Canelo GGG match. Great round, 10 seconds into the round Canelo sets the pace by landing a fantastic straight right hand, created by some fake head movement to set up that shot. Big crowd reaction there. Canelo just giving GGG all kinds of angles over the first minute, dancing, opening up space, using head and upper body movement to slip punches. Canelo digs in two hard right hand body shots, at 1:56 on the clock digs one in to the side, then another one at 1:55. 1:52 Canelo lands two left hooks to the head, first one GGG appeared to block, 2nd one landed. 1:47 nice feint by Canelo, caused GGG to flinch. 1:44, two punch combo by Canelo, jab to body right hand to the head. GGG tried to duck it. 1:40 another feint by Canelo, caused GGG to react again. 1:36 stiff jab by GGG. Canelo ducks a right hand by GGG, counters but hits GGG's arm.

Lets look at the sequence mid-way through the round near the 1:30 mark. Started with a jab by GGG, Canelo counters with a left hook, GGG counters with a right hook, Canelo mostly ducks it, Canelo counters with a right hook to the chest. Then after a series of counters / misses by both men, Canelo gets in a big straight right hand with 1:22 on the clock, just a massive punch right there, a dramatic punch with how it came after an exchange of punches, then Canelo follows that up by a 3 punch combo moments later, an uppercut - left hook - straight right combo with 1:17 on the clock. These two big right hands plus that big right hand 10 seconds into the round are hard for GGG to overcome. Then a jab to the body at 1:15. The well placed Jab off the ropes while moving to the left at 1:10. Canelo goes back to the ropes at 1:03 on the clock, makes GGG look silly missing two straight punches while moving to his left. This ropes work by Canelo is amazing to behold, to make GGG miss two punches with his back to the ropes again, after doing a similar thing in round 4 and to some extent in round 5. To do it again just there in Round 11 is very impressive.

You can't give a guy a round who's being schooled like this, tagged with big shots then making him miss like that off the ropes. This is high level gamesmanship from Canelo. GGG then gets feinted out of his mind with 1:01 on the clock after the ropes sequence. Canelo fakes to his right GGG flinches hard. This is the 3rd notiticeable feint that GGG flinches on in this round.

Canelo was winning the round clearly, until about the final 35 seconds, where GGG finally got in some good power shots. First the right hook, left hand combo with 0:34 on the clock. 0:30 a nice stiff jab from GGG. 0:27 uppercut by Canelo. Little uppercut by GGG at 0:17 not sure if it landed, hard to tell. But GGG landed a great left hook with 0:15 on the clock, one of his best punches of the match. Canelo gets in a stiff jab with 0:06 on the clock.

So, Canelo clearly won the first 2:25 of Round 11, it wasn't really even that close, aside from a couple decent jabs by GGG, Canelo was in complete control of this round until the final 35 seconds. GGG though certainly took the last 35 seconds of the round. Problem is Canelo controlled most of the round and while GGG landed some shots late in the round in attempt to steal the round, it wasn't enough to offset Canelo's dominance over the first 2:25.

By virtue of giving GGG rounds 10 and 11, rounds that Canelo won. And by scoring the first round even, a round that even Quina agrees Canelo won. I just rewatched round 10 and 11 and went through it. I don't know how you gave those rounds to GGG.

Winning 4-11 clinches it. You can even give round 1 to GGG, In close round too, but i thought I'd be nice.
