In my opinion there is no doubt that floyd and khan are the fighters that alot of people would like to see get destroyed. I havent been on this forum that long but reading the garbage thrown Khans way is quite ridicoulous and unjustified, but who in your opinion is hated that much more?
It comes with being good and popular, and Floyd is way better and more popular than Khan. So floyd is expected to have more haters than Khan, and not even close.
Khan still has a long way to go before he becomes the next "Money". You start by not taking stupid risks to be exciting for fans and talking the most ****.
Maybe Floyds 'pre-fight bravado' and 'flash the cash' antics justify his haters ( i personally think he's not too bad) but on the other hand what has Khan done to warrant such an army of haters... there were people saying that he'll never have the balls to get in the ring with maidana and when he takes the fight its a hand-picked oppenent and they say he'll run all night and finally when he stands toe-to-toe he still gets criticised...
He won my respect gradually since his KO loss, in small doses, and he showed he can now fight, not just box I like him now, but he is still nowhere near the level of floyd and pac in terms of fighting ability, he still showed a lot of technical flaws, to go along with the technical brilliance(and improvement)
Ok he gets the hate, because he talks all this big game and talks about fighting the best fighter in the world for him to fight when he hasn't accomplished must. Also Maidana isn't a hand picked opponent and fighting him take balls so props to Khan, but the months before the fight was signed, he was trying to avoid him like a ma****er. Maidana had to complain and they threatened to take away Khan's belt if he didn't fight him. Then I see Khan belittling the other fighters in the division and talking **** to Bradley via Twitter and it's just annoying. I get tired of hearing from Khan every day. Now don't get me wrong, Khan is good and if he shutout Marcos or TKoed him like I thought he would, then he would get full credit from me and maybe justified the ego, but he didn't do that
Floyd and it's not even close. That is a testiment to his success though, the more successful you get...the more haters you are going to have. I will say as a Floyd fan, that PBF has done more to merrit his hate than Khan has, I really don't know why people "hate" Khan. I don't hate Khan, I don't think he's as good as some here do, but I hardly hate him.
