Hatton is seemingly shot. Witter is possibly showing his age. And Malignaggi is shaky. So that leaves...

Timothy Bradley, Andreas Kotelnik, Ricardo Torres, Kendall Holt, Victor Ortiz, Lamont Peterson, and Herman Ngoudjo.

This time next year, who do you think will be the man?

Hatton didn't seem shot at all.

Torres is so nice he's there twice.

Hatton still rules this roost...but we're begining to see why Freddie Roach is so hot on him and Pac meeting up.

Witter showed up that way for Kotelnik too, just that Bradley didn't let him get away with It. Witter's hot and cold.

I think that its wide open, with Hatton still at the top, but Holt, Torres and Paulie would give him a run for his money.

Bradley I dont think is that good, I think that he had a perfect gameplan vs Witter. Im not sure that he beat any of the other top 5 or 6 fighters.

    Hatton, clearly

Bradley still has a lot of flaws, Kotelnik whilst technically sound is lacking in power and would be outworked, Malignaggi has looked terrible in his last two fights losing against Ngoudjo and scraping through in tonights debacle

Torres is dangerous for Hatton though.

Hatton will be. He was far from shot, he put in his best performance since the Tzyu fight.

Hatton is still the man at 140 but, I believe the next best thing is Timothy Bradley

You don't think so? He looked slower than every to me, and his punches didn't have much snap because he was so off balance. Also, his punch resistance has clearly diminished. I won't even mention his defense. Sure you could argue it was rust, but I'm willing to bet it was indicative of how much he has fallen.

 I meant to put Ngoudjo, since you could argue he beat Castillo and Malignaggi.

Victor Ortiz is kind of a sleeper but there are still questions with him.

It's a very cluttered group with a lot of question marks and flaws.

Hatton is still tops and I can't think of a clear cut #2.

I didn't say not so hot.

I said we're seeing why he's so hot on Him (Hatton) and Pac meeting up.

If Hatton is declining, Pac could get real lucky there and steal one.

The only thing that seemed unsettling to me was the punch resistance -- he definitely shows signs of being hurt more than he should have. Nearly everything else, though, looked the same as it has post-Tszyu, to be honest. He's certainly not in his prime -- but I think that it's way too harsh to call him shot.
