Yeah Joshua is basically Beterbiev despite failing to clinch and lean on Andrew Ruiz Junior.

Fury's physical strength is a core part of his fighting style, it's why he's able to dominate opponents so easily in the clinch.

Conversely, possibly Joshua's biggest weakness is how weak he is in the clinch. He failed to hold on against Ruiz 1 which is why he was so risk-averse in Ruiz 2.

Only a completely blinded Fury hater / Joshua fanboy could say that Joshua is physically stronger.

Fury would man handle joshua around the ring like a child!

Joshua hasn't got a clue how to clinch and bully smaller people around the ring up in there no matter with fury. No chance.
It's not how much you can bench press when it comes to fighting.

Fury knows how to use his weight better effectively. Joshua doesnt.

So where it matters in the sport there in, Fury.

it is when the question is who is stronger. the question wasnt who is better in the clinch, or who is better at using his strength, it was who is physically stronger. kiwi answered that pretty definitively i would say. i might be able to do 20 more pull ups than aj, but i sure as hell aint stronger.

Fury is physically stronger but even if they were relative in strength, Fury can use his mass more effectively in the ring via clinches and leaning on opponents

If Fury did the same gym work he'd be stronger but he does most of his work in local Wetherspoons.

AJ technically for lifting weights but Fury is more streetwise in using his strength in boxing such as clinching

If they had a strongman comp (truck pull, super yoke, atlas stones etc) Fury would probably beat him. Joshua is most likely stronger on useless movements like bench press.

Fury is the more complete package. He can fight big, can fight on the backfoot and can fight on the inside and most importantly he can adapt, switch up his tactics on the fly depending on what the opponent is doing and the fight situation.
