Who do you think is the most overrated boxer in last 20 years?

Keith Thurman, Danny Garcia and Shawn Porter were bang average, mediocre fighters were were overrated, overpaid and more famous than they should have been due to their nationality and the 147lbs divisions popularity.

I also recall Devon Alexander being overrated massively, strangely at one point for the same reasons. Despite being a poor fighter. It's no surprise to me how his career quickly went, he's 2 wins 7 defeats 1 draw in his last 10 fights.

 

Vitali Klitschko is the most overrated and Keith Thurman is the most underrated
