Why don't you read the post of the guy who met him, and he certainly intimidated the hell out of Tyson when they fought. Lewis manhandled him like a child, lost a point because of it.

You mean the bite on the ankle ...hahaha that really does describe the size difference perfectly.

It's funny you say Tyson was intimidated by Lewis. He flat out said the only fighter he'd be scared of would be Sonny Liston. Are you gonna put words in his mouth now?

Did you see how Tyson behaved after the fight with Lewis. He fawned all over him.

But anyway who really cares? I know I don't. But if it makes you feel better that Tyson was only intimidated by a guy he never even met then have at it.

You're problem is you seem to think there is only one right answers to these questions, when in fact it's all subjective opinion and there really is no right or wrong.

These are just opinions, you have yours and I have mine.

    End of story.

    Tyson, Foreman and Liston.
And James Jeffries before his 5-6 year retirement.

After the bell rang its Ali
As much as everyone wasn't intimidated by him before the bell he beat them all and most of his opponents were confused and shamed.

If I were to run into one boxer in an alley at 4am, with no prior knowledge of who they were, Valuev would scare the **** out of me.

Valuev was scary as hell looking.

I don't agree with those who say Ali wasn't intimidating. I think his loud ranting and showmanship unnerved many people. It was a different kind of intimidation, but very effective.

    Liston.

Just take it from Wepner, who fought Liston and Foreman. He said Sonny was the scariest person he fought. "I was the intimidator before I fought Sonny." Liston put over 70 stitches in Wepner, and broke some of his bones.

Fun fact: Wepner fought Liston after fighting Foreman.
