I guess you can get at least a 500 times your stake with some betting offices on picking Smoger as the ref

 

Guys like Smoger and Mercante are not Nevada certified officials and therefore can't ref the fight. It will probably be Bayless or Robery Byrd.

Any ref that doesn't allow low blows, elbows, kicking, tackling, rabbit punches, head butts, knees, etc. Inside fighting is fine to an extent.
