Rounds 1,2,3,4 and 8 for Mayweather.
Rounds 5,6,7,10( 10-8 round), 11 and 12 for Castillo.
Round 9 even ( 10-10 ).

Mayweather has an argument for taking round 5 and round 8 could have been a 10-8 round for Mayweather, whilst round 10 could have been a 10-9 Castillo, thus giving the fight to Floyd by a couple of points. They were all hard rounds to judge.

I haven't seen the fight in a while but at the time I scored it for Castillo by maybe a couple or rounds. He had Mayweather on the backfoot all night, landed more shots and landed the harder shots.

Well there are 3 other people thought that Mayweather did enough to win and their opinions happen to matter as they were the ones who scored the fight.

Judges aside, it was a close fight and IMO I personally scored it the first time I saw it for Castillo. But this was not Holyfield Lewis I, it really could have gone either way.
