Who do you want to see Canelo face next?

David Benavídez is a very interesting matchup because although quite flawed, he works around his flaws quite well. He also loves to make things into a war and even Canelo would be hard pressed to keep him off. He's one of the few guys with the kind of handspeed to be able to land numerous combos. In fact I could see him peppering Canelo up with those, he may even hurt him a bit at some point.

Although if Canelo's power is enough to hurt him he might get smashed on the counter. Still, Canelo will need to avoid those ropes as much as he possibly can. Once David opens up he's damn hard to stay away from for long.

Canelo's plodding style could be all wrong with David, I feel like you need to move well to keep him away.

 

Both Benavidez and Beterbiev got covid and didn't look as good in their respective comebacks however they are the only two on that list worth a damn.

However Clenelo's gonna clen and stack the deck against Bivol with catchweights and other nonsense and Bivol will bend over for the payday and be grateful.
