See where your coming from and agree, just with Haskins holding a version of the title and them two having history.. Hearn could look to build it as a revenge job.

Suppose it's whether McDonnell wants to avenge the loss - Haskins doesn't bring too much money to the table.

I don't think Jamie cares too much, he seems to be a fighter who will just take the biggest money fight available, and if that was Haskins then he'd quite happily fight him.

Frampton is all wrong for everyone according to Frampton fans.

    Despite him having fought no-one.

Agreed, I'd give him a fair chance against Quigg but not Frampton.

I doubt Jamies fairly 1-dimensional approach of "jab-jab-jab- straight right" rinse and repeat, would be sufficient to beat Quigg & Frampton.

Of course if either of them - or anyone else, cant solve the J"amie-puzzle" of his height and reach etc then yes they are in trouble. Cos he wont tire and fade late-on, his punches just keep coming.

I would expect him to give the much shorter Frampton some problems early but I think once Quigg & Carl get inside on him he would be in some trouble himself since he lacks an inside game really.

this ... clear out the division before stepping up in weight. May as well use that size advantage as much as you can whilst you can. Once he moves up i would assume it would be a terrible struggle to come back down so when he moves up he will have to stay there.

I would like to see Jamie McDonnell take the best fight financially that he feels suits him.Which would be at 122lb.

Had a fantastic couple of years and fighting at 118 at 29 years old must be killing him.

Based on China Carl's last performance Jamie would knock him out with a jab.
