I'd like to see Williams go in the ring against Pavlik. It would be interesting to see how Williams handled Pavlik's power and how Kelly would deal with Williams' combinations.
Didnt see the other so i voted for Felix Sturm though I would like to see Dzinziruk/Williams, maybe Forrest/Williams
Considering the fact he picked on an unactive old man in Winky, I would like to see how he would fair agianst another old man in Bernard Hopkins.
Youngstown does not have a big enough venue. The Chevrolet Center only holds 7200. At this point it looks like Pavlik is busy for the rest of this year. March 2010 is the earliest Pavlik/Williams could be made. In addition, the Arum/Goosen conflict is still on going. Pavlik/Williams is not very likely at this point. Furthermore, I'm starting to warm up to PW, and I honestly believe that Goosen should keep him away from Pavlik for at least several more fights. Paul's workrate and stamina would mean ****-all to KP. If he does not hit harder than Miranda, he's ****ed. Kelly can come damn close to matching Paul's workrate and land 30% in the process. His stamina is just as good. He's bigger, stronger, and probably tougher. If I think like a manager or promoter, this is the wrong guy for Paul to fight at this point in his career. I voted for Mosely. If Shane won't take the fight, Paul should settle in at 154, and rule the division for awhile.
Clottey/Cotto winner only because Arum prevented these fights from happening when Williams was at 147 Kirkland Abraham
I don't really want to see PW at 147, I think he beats everyone there convincingly.....too damn big for those guys. I would love to see PW-Pavlik that could be huge. But Pavlik-Abraham needs to happen first I don't want to see PW get in the way of that. Until a Pavlik fight comes about(if it ever does) I'd like to see PW face any other top guy at 154 or 160.
Wanting your boy Williams to fight Calzaghe would be like wanting your real life son to stick his hand in a hornets nest. Calzaghe's speed would woop William's head up and down, and all around the ring for 12 rounds. He might get beaten even worse than Lacy did. And the way Williams can get cut up easily, Williams might look like a horror film. Well, if you like to get tortured in life, be my guest and hope Calzaghe for your boy. Anyway, I would rather see Williams versus Kirkland, or versus Pavlik. I think those would be GREAT fights to see. You might see classic battles there. But, a Clazaghe fight would be a lopsided butt wooping, and I am a little tired of fights like that right now.
