Lara or Kirkland. I picked Lara because he'll have to overcome a very advanced boxer. Kirkland may not be the best defensively but I feel Canelo shouldn't bomb with him, but isn't quite good enough to out-box him or confidently trade with him yet. It would be a great action fight though.

Too green for Floyd, Martinez, Cotto; too big for Ortiz, who would have to earn that fight; and a rematch with Cintron is beyond pointless.

What I cant understand is , that with all the avalible talent at 154, why is all these big mother****as calling out Mayweather at 147. Its not because they feel thier skills are on his level. Its because they feel that with the skills they do have, thier power, and the twenty or so lb weight atvantage they will carry with them into the ring at fight time will be too much for him to overcome.Those are bully tatics and it shows weakness. If they feel that they can beat Mayweather with thier skills then come in on fight night at no more than 150, Then we got an even fight. Untill then, they need to clean up 154 cause that aint no easy task and I gurantee one thing, the champion list wont look the same as it does now.:bbb:bbb:bbb

 

Definitely the rematch with Cintron. Need to wrap that unfinished business up, maybe a trilogy too!

Yes id like to see him fight Chavez jr, Mayweather or even a mega fight with Martinez!

But the reality is that Canelo is the Light middleweight champion and forget about the WBO, IBF or the Fake WBA. Cotto is the only other dominant champion in the division.
