Who does GGG need to face to create another Hagler-Hearns type matchup? We want to see at least 8 minutes of crazy action, good Drama show!

Froch WOULD have been the obvious candidate.

Now I think Eubanks JR would put on a good show for a few rounds before being stopped.

Canelo/Golovkin could be like hagler/hearns until Canelo gets knocked out.

he is lucky to be in that division at the moment. what he needs to do is fight as many times in a year and there will be undiscovered potential players along the way. it's good to re establish the sport like the old days. like pac just came out of nowhere and dominated.

    With PWilly gone(so sad too)
We'd need to clone Martiroysan and Lara to create such a fighter as Hearns.
IDK....Maybe Willie Nelson. He loves to bang, but has a suspect chin like Hearns.

And he is coming off a career best W.:think

There's no dance partners out there now who fit that bill.

Lemieux took the fight because he thinks he can win and because he wants to win.

Lemieux is faster and probably hits harder than GGG.

I still think Lemieux is too green, that he should waited an other year. But the fight might surprise and Lemieux might be a really live underdog.

I agree. Lemieux is the first of Golovkin's opponents after Macklin and Stevens who actually thinks that he can win.

    Not very smart though.

The funny thing is, Lemieux has had more fights as a pro...against the same level of competition, as has GGG.
