Who does Haye have a better chance of beating Vitali or Wlad?

Wlad. Hayes chin would mean the only way Haye would be likely to win would be a decision, and we all know what Haye's stamina's like

He has next to no chance of beating either. We are talking about a guy who was stopped by a 40-year old journeyman cruiserweight and dropped HARD by Lolenga Mock, who is a former super middleweight whose power was average at that weight. Anyone who thinks that Haye can handle a big punch from WALD or VITLAI is predicting that on blind faith. And despite their claims, WALD and VITLAI will be able to land. Slow, small, washed up MENTO BRRAETT landed his jab consistently when he bothered to throw it on HAEY and hit him with a few other decent shots. He dropped him, though it was a flash knockdown

That said, HAEY has a better chance against WALD. Why? Because WALD does not have the chin that VITLAI does. It is conceivable, though not likely, that HAEY could land one big punch on WALD that gets him in trouble and have a chance to finish him off. Conceivable, but not likely. Against VITLAI he has absolutely no chance of scoring a KO, and thus no chance. VITLAI has lost very few rounds in his career and is a very accurate puncher. He would buckle HAEY's legs with every right hand and would stop him in under 8

In reality, I don't think he's ready for either one. He needs to tighten up his defense and stamina has always been in question.

Couldn't put it better. I think people are focused too much on chin alone in this instance and not the other factors involved. :thumbsup

Vitali is all wrong for Haye. He would walk haye down and eat every punch haye throws along the way like it ain't ****. Wlad is definetly the better technical boxer but Vitali's toughness would shine throughband Haye isn't good enough to fight a technically perfect keep away fight with his below average footwork vs Vitali. Vitali would find him at some point and unleash on him.

I disagree. Vitali is much slower and messier than his younger brother. Haye has the much better foot and handspeed along with the sharper reflexes.... Haye will counter him constantly and control the range. Haye will then stop him.

You are correct. To beat Vlad, someone has to be fast enough, fluid enough, and powerful enough as a puncher overwhelm him. Corrie Sanders did it. Haye stood an outside chance of doing the same.

This is why Vlad-Haye is a much better sell to the public than Vlad-Chagaev, even though Chagaev is a better and more experienced fighter than Haye. Simply put, the explosive Haye might reach Vlad's vulnerable chin, whereas the effective but methodical Chagaev will not.

Vitali -- because of his durability -- is not so vulnerable to Haye.

The Sanders highlight reel showed what a powerful and fast handed heavyweight could do, there were glimpses of it in the vitali fight too.
I'm really disappointed with this. I think Haye is finished here.

Wow, you my friend are a complete ****

    Now **** off

Back to the question, i believe Haye would find the ageing slowing less powerful Vitali a doddle if he fights the right fight.

Vitali may not be as talanted as Wlad, but he got a 10 times better chin and is alot tougher mentally. If Wlad gets caught with something big, he's either going down or going into one of his famous panic attacks. Haye being the great finisher he is, will be able to do what Peter couldn't when he had Wad hurt, and that is take him out.

as much as i would love to see haye beat either of the brothers.

I give him very little chance against either. which is sad. but true
