    I'm not sure mate.

Separating the bull**** and truth from Floyd's mouth is a mammoth task for any man.

I just think for him to come out and name Alexander as a front runner reeks of something. Most likely they're having a bit of bother negotiating with Guerrero so they're now saying Floyd is going to fight someone else to put the pressure on.

    Just my opinion.

He's also not ranked by the IBF.

You could very possibly be right mate, I genuinely don't know.

I don't believe anything that comes out of Floyd's mouth until the deal is done to be honest, he's a compulsive liar.

    Those rankings are abysmal.

Zaveck would be decent, if not the Carson Jones rematch.

is that list just with the available fighters? cuz there is alot of top 147s not on that list. like the p4p champ floyd mayweather, JMM, manny, devon , guerrero i dont see paulie if mike jones and randall bailey are on there. soto karass, aydin, abregu should b on there. an how isnt bradley or maidana on there?

Because it's just the IBF rankings. Those fighters will be ranked with the other governing bodies. Brook worked his way up the IBF rankings into a mandatory shot at the IBF champion Alexander.

However, if Alexander fights Floyd I imagine he'll be stripped of his titles meaning the number one IBF guy will fight another guy ranked by the IBF for the vacant belt.

has the title even been vacated , has there been any official statement by Brook/Alexander or even the IBF , If the Mayweather/ Alexander fight gos ahead he should be stripped of the title not a big brook fan but he earned his shot ,

but if brook dose end up fighting for a vacant title i think bailey, jones or even purdy witch i dont see happening because there both matchroom fight but ya never know

Doesn't have any particularly good wins. Worked his way up the IBF rankings and was about to fight for the title.

Carson Jones is fighting Lee Purdy on March 9 so would have to pull out of it

he can be, with the stroke of a few keys....Yusaf Mack wasnt rated by the IBF vs Froch until he was "chosen"

They should give Brook the belt for such a ***** move by Alexander
