    Hagler ain't Marciano.
Golovkin is a more apt conparison.
And he gives the best cruiserwieghts in the world all the hell they can handle in sparring.
An he is purported to hit harder than the number 3 ranked HW of the world Povetkin.

Add 20lb pure frame on top of that, even stronger punches, and what do you get? A scary ****ing monster capable of taking any humans head off no matter their size.

But that being said, if he was scheduled to face Usyk in his next fight he'd be a sizeable underdog.

Jumping from MW to Usyk, unproven st the new weight? Of course.

Give him 20lb of frame, and it would probably be a different story.

The only way it would be a different story would if he'd previously beaten the likes of Gassiev and Lebedev.

Of course he'd be an underdog for those fights as well though which further process my point.

I am sure you are right, but that still leaves you the possibility that they were successful simply because they were big (the charge thrown at Carnera).

Yeah but if he had 20lb of frame he would be fighting them guys. And since he's handling them at 168, I'd put a lot of money that he handles them at 190 too.

The you'd win a lot more money as he'd be a decent underdog.

Assuming he wasn't already making a career tearing those guys up. Which is unlikely.

This is a fairly good assessment of fighters who could/couldn't beat Rocky, although I think a prime Jack Dempsey would give Marciano more than a good run for his money, and in my opinion, he would have been handed a boxing lesson by a prime Holmes.

He can beat Frazier , Rock had one punch KO power, maybe Johnson, Tyson lost every time he got in a fight , Tua beat nobody, A prime Louis would be a great fight, Rocky dynamites Holyfield ,Wlad has that problem with getting hurt, Bowe might get a decision ,Peter? really? Holmes could get a decision but 15 rounds is a long way,Fury? he's on the bum of the month tour, Ibeabuchi? one win over Tua who beat who Ruiz?

There was really a lot to Marciano's style. He was not some mindless slugger.

I think he beats Jack Johnson in this list.
