I take it his point is he's asking who Oscar dislikes more...Floyd Mayweather Jr, or Manny Pacquaio. Think it's a valid question as he's been beaten by both. He said stuff about Floyd, he said stuff about Pac.

 

But as a fan...who could one possibly know? This is rather a pointless thread IMO!

 

Floyd said it well the other day, thats he does not care or it means nothing if they both dont like each other.

Its a pointless discussion coz who cares.

 

I think what he hates the most is putting on freezing cold 24 karat gold slippers every day.

 

probably manny. one guy he feels he could have beat and the other one humiliated him in front of the world. who would you hate more?

 

He stopped attacking Floyd for business reasons but I think leading up to their fight and probably until today he doesn't respect Mayweather's character. He's taken shots at Pacquiao since their fight, but after that he was very humble in defeat, and when asked if it was his age he simply said "I don't want to take anything away from Pacquiao, he is the greatest fighter." I think his beef with Top Rank is more what fuels him to spout crap about Pac, I think he'd much rather have dinner with Manny than Money.

 

You know, I always thought that the main reason the De La Hoya - Mayweather was as (somewhat) competitive as it was, was because Oscar's dislike of Floyd allowed him to will himself to fight harder. People say De La Hoya was past his prime in that fight, but I thought his sheer will was enough to put him at the very least damn close to how he would have performed in his prime.

As for Manny, I don't think De La Hoya hates him at all. Maybe a little resentful, but I don't think he hates him.

Another example of why I picked Mayweather...Oscar made of list of which fighters throughout his career hit the hardest, was the fastest, strongest, had the best boxing ability, ect...anyway, De La Hoya listed Pacquiao as the fastest fighter he ever fought. Mayweather was nowhere to be found in any category.
