why would he be afraid to lose?...he will fight Cotto..IF Cotto can get his stock up...yes u and i know cotto...but the average fellow on the street doesnt......i want this fight to happen as well

I can see Mayweathers logic....the #'s dont lie....and like i said....dont u think if HBO thought this fight was HUGE that they would've already worked out the fight?:patsch

i mean **** they didnt even make a 24/7 for this fight....shows u the fan base of both fighters

So Floyd would agree with you & happily confirm to us all that he is not the greatest ever would he?

Not once has Floyd given us any indication he feels that way. He said himself in the run up to the Hatton fight he was fighting for legacy & not money. So why when we're talking about Cotto is it suddenly about money again?

I'm a huge Floyd fan, but I don't want to see him come back when other fighters are making good matchups and taking risks :good

Agreed, he shouldn't be able to hold divisions to ransom like De La Hoya is doing.

If you seen Floyds last two fight who packed the place and the Zab fight? zAB fANS (i WENT TO THE FIGHT AND IT WAS TRUE UBTIL THE LOW BLOW) Mexicans, and Brits. Then if he fought Cotto it would be nothing but Ricans. Sorrry my man, but Floyd doesn't have fans you think he has and can draw sellout in his own city with nothing but Floyd. Only a few fighters can fight an avergae oppenent and sellout crowds. Plus I live in Vegas, and I know how people feel about Floyd

What are you talking about, I know it's called hit or not to be hit, a risk is when you have someone who is potentially a threat and u fight. Is that easy to understand. Look at most greats and see who there threats were and more than likely they fought them win or lose. All those people you said besides Corrales, Floyd was the favorite. Cotto, Margo, Tszyu, Mosley, and Williams those are threats.

I love the talk about who did what in PPV buys.....lets pretend for a moment that were boxing fans and not the horrid promoters we love to bash on a daily basis....dare to want to watch a fight because theres little chance of it being boring as opposed to paying for bull****:good
