Who dose Mayweather face if Alfonso Gomez and Steve Forbes win?

    Please no "this dosen't happen" responses.
    Just go with the question. I know you don't see this happening but if it dose who dose Mayweather face in the boxing ring?
    I beleve his mandtory is Andre Berto. Dose he go up in weight? The tittlests at 154 are Vernon Forrest (WBC), Verno Phillips (IBF), Joachim Alcine (WBA) and Sergiy Dzinziruk (WBO). I could lso see him taking on Winky Wrght or middleweight tittlests Kelly Pavlik or Arthur Abraham espicialy if his next fight is going to be his last fight.
    I don't care if you don't think that Forbes beats DeLaHoya and Gomez beats Cotto. I have my doubts as well but what if this dose happen? is the question I am asking.

    He'll face De La Hoya and Hatton. After that, he would either retire or take a fight with Shane Mosley (if he gets past Judah).

    I can't see him going against Kelly Pavlik or Arthur Abraham (since I believe one will hold 3 of the 4 belts in mid 2009)

    If Gomez wins, then Floyd's best Welter option is probably Mosley, Gomez, or the Margarito/Cintron winner(in that order). But he'll probably end up fighting Hatton again(as it's looking like he may do anyway).

    seems like what a lot of people on this thread are talking about is who he should fight and not who he most likely will fight in this scenario, which is Ricky Hatton again.
