    Maybe could beat him?

    Lennox Lewis
    Larry Holmes
    Vitali Klitschko
    Wladimir KLitschko
    Athony Joshua
    Tyson Fury
    Deontay Wilder
    Mike Tyson
    Riddick Bowe
    Ikea Ibeabuchi
    David Tua

    Less chance:

    Ron Lyle
    Frank Bruno
    Donovan Ruddock
    maybe some else

Chance good enough for a save bet against George:

    Probably no one.

Joe Louis, Rocky Marciano, Jack Dempsey, Larry Holmes, Jerry Quarry, Archie Moore, Joe Walcott, Chris Byrd, Evander Holyfield, and Johnny Risko are just a few I could think of that could've beat Foreman in Zaire.

Joe Louis, Rocky Marciano, Jack Dempsey, Larry Holmes would stop him.

I could see Holyfield, Risko, Walcott, Moore, and Byrd outsmarting Foreman and outpointing him.

This. Foreman was really impatient in his prime, so I could see him falling right into Byrd's trap like Vitali did, however comeback Foreman would time Byrd and knock him out.

Byrd's an interesting choice. I could definitely see him frustrating Foreman and pulling the trick, though he likely outpoints him after Foreman begins to flag in the gruelling heat. A lot of people might point to the Ike fight here for why Byrd wouldn't be successful, but honestly, Byrd did well more often than not against big fighters, and was doing so against Ike till he was caught. He was a master at making bigger, slower fighters miss, and I can see him really frustrating Foreman and forcing him to expend all his energies in wild swings, the way Ali did, but using footwork and head movement in lieu of brute toughness.
