I actually think Canelo will only improve from his boxing 101 lesson from Mayweather. I see him reclaiming the jr middle division if floyd stays at 147, but am I missing someone? How would he do at Middleweight against the Darren Barkers and Daniel Geales of the world GGG- Do I even have to explain? Sergio Martinez- Awesome fight, favoring Sergio Trout Rematch- I think Canelo wins another close but more clear decision Erislandy Lara- He can give Canelo trouble but he was caught and dropped by Angulo Im sure Lara can be caught Carlos Molina- Showcase fight for Canelo Miguel Cotto- Tougher than expected fight but Canelos size and strength advantage see him thru it. Peter Quillin- Another Tougher fight, but gotta go with Kid Chocolate here, but a fight Canelo can win. What say you?:bbb
It's a good breakdown, small issues: Lara had issues with Angulo's non stop pressure and workrate. Canelo is weak on this Molina is not really a showcase cause Canelo won't look good. But very little chance of losing, since Molina can't knock him out, has an ugly style, and the judges are in Canelo's pocket
Who cares? He's fighting Floyd now. Why do you care if Canelo can beat Darren Barker or Daniel Geale? He didn't get a boxing 101 lesson. He went back and forth with Floyd for 12 rounds. You see him "reclaiming the jr middle division if floyd stays at 147"?? What do you mean if Floyd "stays" at 147? 2 of his last 3 fights have been in the Light Middleweight Division. He just apparently won the 154 lb belts. Are you saying that you don't think Floyd is going to defend the titles he just won? Canelo had his titles stripped from him before the fight so Floyd could make a Title made out of real Gold and bring it to the weigh-in. Canelo is the best 154 lber in the world right now. He's undefeated at 154 lbs. The issue is with Floyd Mayweather. He has the belts now apparantly so the fastest way Canelo can "reclaim" the division is to beat Floyd Mayweather at 154.
hmmm Overlooked this good call. :good Not a showcase but a good rebound fight since as you said, very little chance of losing. Also a great chance of Alvarez winning if that makes any sense, more so than Alvarez losing. He is competent enough with his skills that, it would not be controversial like a some of Molina's losses.
cotto - i think he ends up on ***** street and gets stopped. lara - toss up trout - toss up monlina - gets stopped martinez - gets stopped late ggg- who ??? i think canleo can get a title next fight next yr.
Not saying I care per se, but I am curious to how he does with the middleweights not named GGG MArtinez and Quillin because I think he loses to all 3
That would be impressive, since Molina fought Lara, Kirkland, Chavez Jr without getting bashed, for the most part outworking these dudes. And Canelo has the sorriest workrate of them all
trout will not beat canelo until he develops his left hand dude is a southpaw and does not have a good straight left
Dude, you must be BANNED IMEDIATELLY -Reported to moderators- first off you need to stop lying about Canelo being stripped. He was not stripped of jack crap! Now, you just said that Canelo is the best JMW in the world? atsch  :nut  Are you really that deep into Canelo's sack? I bet you are chocking up on his juice. Fugg man! Grow a pair and accept it. The dude is a HYPE job and you are contributing to it. Log off and stay out of ANY boxing board!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :deal
If Cotto's older brother who is a LIGHT WEIGHT who went up in weight 2+ weight classes to help inflate the hypejob Canelo's record put CANELO in ***** street with a little pressure and a hook.....Cotto will put fraudanelo in a coma. He will **** him and take his soul. Cotto brutalizes Canelo and stops him under 10 rounds. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AK0fcUvjKZA Fast foward to around 1:15 time mark..... :deal
