Hatton will be knocked out late in the fight...Pac will be 2 fast and has alot more handspeed...Pac will also fight with Hatton..I think Pac is a way better boxer and a slightly better brawler too...Pac moves side to side and ricky comes straight forward...Pac by knockout!:good

Well said. Ricky Dominates smaller/similiar size opponents. Althhough this wont be a domination, but I think rick'll take it.

On one hand, I see Hatton getting clocked repeatedly when he comes in and getting busted up. On the other hand, Hatton could possibly make this an ugly wrestling match(like he did against Tszyu) and wear Pac down. Pac has the better boxing skills and I expect him to win.

I dont see how he would wear Pac down, its not like Pac has stamina issues. Tsyzu was still a beast when Hatton fought him but hatton had the perfect gameplan, to tire out the ageing fighter who hasnt had too much ring experience for the past 2 years. if anything, I see Hatton being worn down...look at the PBF-Hatton fight for reference. Hatton lost stamina first, he wasted all his energy trying to wrestle Floyd, I thought the fight was even before the KO.

For a while I've been undecided, but I hate fence sitting so I'm just gonna come down for Hatton. With Hatton's size and strength advantage at LW I'd expect him to do what he does best, grapple, boss and basically maul a fighter until he's a shell of a human being.
That said it all comes down to whether the ref will let Hatton fight his fight, or not (as was the case with PBF).

Pac has never faced a fighter of Ricky's calibre. Ricky murders every fighter on Pacs resume with relative ease. Pac loses to 6 of Ricky's last eight opponents.

I like both fighters, but would enjoy to see the Hitman get a big win here. He can do it, IMO, but it WILL NOT be an easy outing.

Can't wait for the FIGHT! But i doubt we see your "wish" come to fruition. Styles make fight and that favors PAC....let alone talent and skills are also in PAC favor. Hatton does have the size and strength advantage which gives him a good chance in the fight. But a betting man....or a smart betting man wouldn't put money down on Hatton if he's looking to win. But stilll...I'm hella excited for this one. It should be a war for the initial few rounds. or even the 1st half of the fight.[/quote]

I disagree with u, the styles of this fight favor Hatton not Pac.
Pacquiao has never been in with a style like Hatton's. Whereas Hatton has fought many southpaws and has yet to be defeated by one. Pac has never fought an aggressor who can maul you to death. Up to this point the closest to that possible is I guess David Diaz. And it took Pac nine rounds to get him outa there. Hatton is much faster and hits much harder then Diaz. This fight could go either way. But dont be suprised if Hatton wins.
