I'm starting to like Lennox more and more in there, sounds like he's getting looser with his words and his attitude and starting to crack jokes. Stewert tries in there to give an expert oppinion. Kellermer is just a twit,. he and Malignaggi should hang out, they'd get along great. Lampley's play-by-play keeps you interested in the fight even when there's nothing going on. Merchant, god bless him, is a rare gem. There's just those times during a fight that he says things that make me do a double-take...kinda, keep me on my toes. Sometimes he's insightful, sometimes he's cryptic or dull, but he's never annoying.
I think Merchant is okay, atleast he keeps it honest, Lampley sometimes talks **** and I don't even want to mention Kellerman, he is the worst ever.
the showtime guys are a bit more fair and balanced, they dont take sides in the fights lampley and merchant I can handle. that twat kellerman is worse
Well, Lampley has become truly annoying over the years. At the beginning he was a decent commentator, but he has taken himself too importantly in the last 5 - 10 years. Larry is Larry. He is still drunk every time but I have no problem if he stays for a couple more years. Just fun to watch and he has not deterioated much over time.
Haha...2X4 with nails on it. That's some hate right there :yep Whatever you do just do interrupt Merchant while he's doing an interview or good luck :rofl Like a typhoon across the Pacific :deal
Jim is alright and Larry is like listening to my grandpa call the fight. He trys to make prefight chit chat really deep. I mean almost spriitual. Most of the time I totally disagree with that guy but hating on larry is part of what makes the evening entertaining. He says the dumbest things sometimes and seeing the expression of the boxers when larry catches them off gaurd is hillarious. He's going to get dropped someday!
His contract expired and they couldn't agree on terms. I don't miss his commentary, personally. I never liked him as an analyst, and the Hopkins/Trinidad fight sealed the deal. He was terrible.
They're geeks with a Mic. but not near as abrasive as Lennox Lewis. That boy's great until he starts talking.
