Floyd wanted time off before the DLH fight and Cotto's biggest win prior to Mayweather fighting Hatton was Judah.

 

after floyd saw what cotto did to mosley, he didn't want a piece of cotto after hatton. and why accuse pac of fighting another fighter who lacks defense when floyd last fights were against the same fighters as pac? at least pac fought jmm at his optimal weight of 130.

 

He needs to be attentive alright...of Cottos bitchass takedowns and lowblows.

 

you know what capitan, you should give pac his credit. why is it when he will fight somebody people think and say that somebody is one of the best but after taking a beating against pac, people start saying that they are bums.

Cotto lacks defense thats a known fact.

Im not knocking Pac because Cotto lacks defense but if I wanted to knock Pac I could easily say he choose the easier fight in Cotto over Mosley who was willing to go down in weight like Cotto and was available for quite awhile.

 

cotto is not a defensive wizard but he knows how to fight off the backfoot. cotto or mosley, it doesn't matter. they both are currently the top welters. and it's not a knock on floyd either, just stating the fact that floyds has not fought any top welters after judah and baldomir.

But I think Cotto doesn't have good defense and he choose the easier task between Cotto and Mosley but thats fine. Cotto is still a threat.

Pac, his fans, and others are making a fatal mistake of thinking Cotto looked bad against Clottey. Fatal mistake. :nono There ain't a single ****ing fighter up to 154 that will look brilliant against Clottey.:-(



Although I disagree with the decision at MSG, I give him credit for fighting through a tough fight. And when he catches Pac's little ass in that corner (and he will) ESB will be a different place...
