Who in boxing history has the best chance of emulating McCall and Rahman in stopping Lennox Lewis with one shot? Who else might Lewis underrate enough to let him get caught like that again?

The list Of people who could do it, is too lengthy to do justice to here, bIt the vast majority of them wouldn't.

The bottom line is that he probably runs into someone like that in most era's.

I agree that most wouldn't, and I am not knocking Lewis here; I was wondering who might have in previous eras. I am guessing it wouldn't necessarily have been a great fighter because Lewis would be totally "up" for them. Maybe Shavers or a prime Weaver?

Weaver might actually be a good shout.

    Somebody he might well underestimate.

    Vitali
    Tua
    Morrison
    Grant
    Ruddock

all strong big hitters couldnt stop lewis.

It will be a guy he would under estimate.

Because after hitting a 37 years old Lewis with the kitchen sink he was still there.

any good punching heavyweight that can get in range and land, McCall and Rahman can punch but no way I would list them as great technicians or punchers. With Lewis you had to be able to get past his power, early he could take you out and later in the fight he could keep you at bay but lets face it he was starched 2X

Thing is with Lewis he may have one of the best offensive games but a solid chin guy that could get inside and land has a very good chance to topple him.

No worries Wlad has more power than his big brother whose right hand was good but a bit overated imo. I use the Briggs fight to make that statement .Vitali hit him flush all night and couldn't budge him Lennox dropped a prime Briggs no bother. Wlad has the capability to put anyone to sleep, but I see an aggressive Lewis taking it to him and bombing him out early.
