A man trying desperately to be viewed as intelligent by using a thesaurus (he uses 'diatribe' a lot, he must like that one), but then failing by ending with a term most often used by 10-year-old girls while texting- "LOL". What a Titanic dick.

wow I come back and there are a lot of irrate forum members. Pacman is madder than a hornet again I see lolllllllllll.

If Hopkins put on Joes performance... and Joe fought like Hopkins, everyone would still claim Hopkins won, the fact of the matter is, Hopkins wasn't deducted points when he should have, Hopkins had to have a 5min breather or he was going down and not getting back up, and lastly, aside from 3 rounds, Hopkins didn't land much at all, and 2 fair judges also saw it the same way, heaven knows what the Hopkins judge watched, Joe won and rightly so, history also states that.

You aren't even neutral, and none of the fans calling for a rematch are, they all hate Joe, they only want a rematch in hope Hopkins can do to joe what he did to Wooden stump Pavlik, except no one can do that to Joe, it would be Hopkins fighting dirty and negative again, and the same outcome, minus the flash fluke KD, so less reason for people to moan... infact, everyone knows its not happening, so they use Hopkins rematch to claim Joe is ducking him.

Its a shame Hopkins ducked Joe 7 yrs ago.

Joe has openly admitted that he purposely punched Hopkins low just to slow him down after being knocked down himself. Where's the integrity in that?

That is without even starting on his cuffing...

    All fighters bend the rules.

It was dull and boring I agree, Hopkins' fights usually are (most of Calzaghe's are hardly zingers mind). But they had the right winner, we all know that (really). Hopkins workrate has always gone against him in his losses, even in his pro debut the Ring reported that Mitchell (?) won because "he was busier" :D . Some things never change, maybe Hopkins took it too literally when he heard that Willie Pep once won a round without throwing a punch- he thought he could do it for most of a fight. :yep
