I find it funny people actually are dumb enough to think this might happen. I hope the fight happens next, to get this farce over with.
AJ won't be able to avoid Wilders right hand at 255 pounds. To slow , too stiff. Some perspective- Thats what Lewis weighed when he lumbered forward blocking punches with his face against Vitali. He was too heavy and he looked terrible because of it. AJ is taking years off his career if he has to walk through Wilders power in order to take him out. There's always a chance he gets dropped and finished off in a hail of windmills. If Wlad can land a right hand , so can Wilder. Ask trainers like Atlas and Peter Fury and they will tell you Wilder is the most dangerous fighter in the division. Not the best - the most dangerous. I don't think Hearn wants to take the risk - yet.
I wouldn't be shocked at all if Wilder won. This division is wide open, there just isn't one guy that's the apex predator. Anyone listed currently at the top could potentially beat another top guy. None of these guys are gonna be ATGs.
I don't agree with your last sentence. Joshua's career thus far has been more impressive than Wlad's. Haters gonna hate though I guess.....
Wilder lacks the skill to land anything clean on Joshua. It will be a easy one sided bashing. Wilder will Last no more than three rounds.
I haven't... I'm just fed up of complaining about Deontay....almost to the point where I hope he never gets a big payday.
Don't confuse something you don't agree with, with being hate. For you to say Joshua's career is more impressive than Wlad's is utterly insane. I mean truly insane. You just said that a 19 fight titlist has had a more impressive career than a 70 fight (universally recognized, ATG among his peers) champion, that was consistently either, a titlist, champion or at least top 10 ranked for the better part of the last 17 years? A guy that literally cleaned out and dominated the division and held every title (except the one he couldn't usurp from his brother)? You really just said that? I'm not even a fan of Wlad but seriously, his body of work speaks for itself. Come back when Joshua is 20 years into his career so we can compare apples to apples.
Look at Joshua's first twenty fights and then compare them with Wlad's. Thus far, Joshua's career has been more impressive. That's all I said, and it's pretty difficult to argue with.
Lewis's weight let him soak up punches and wear Vit down in the clinch. Also, AJ is over an inch taller than Lewis and naturally heavier.
Bum squad?, was Povetkin a bum when he was scheduled to fight him?. Last I remember it was Povetkin who was exposed as a cheating scumbag. Was Luis Ortiz a bum too?. Idiots like you will never dare bring that up. If Wilder was caught doing that, you would be spamming this forum. Watch how you call AJ a bum too if he beats him.
@northpaw I'm guessing you misread my post, believing i stated that Joshua's career is more impressive than Wlad's full stop? If not.... Joshua has unified before 20 professional fights. Wlad hadn't even fought for a world title in that time.
That was years ago, Joshua had improved, Wilder has not. Wilder would not if survived the first round beat down Whyte took, Whyte is durable, unlike Wilder.
