He will never be ready. :conf Sorry, Bill.

Either Klitshcko brother knocks him clean out inside four rounds.

I don't even give him the puncher's chance against the supposedly vulnerable Wladimir, even though Walker has big power. IMO it's a myth that anyone who can bang automatically stands at least a minimal chance against Wlad. You have to be able to bang AND be really good. You have to close the distance past his ram-rod jab and dangerous right hand and land, or else your power is meaningless.

Won't happen, but I have respect for Walker - an exciting gatekeeper!

Chazz is not much of a puncher. Let's not overlook that fact.

Correct, even on the rise up while undefeated he wasn't viewed as one.

Walker is a good fighter: a big, bruising guy with upper-body strength, height, reach, and KO clout in either hand. But his durability and defense are liabilities. His skill level is fair to good, at best. Maybe Walker can morph into a genuine contender, but he will never threaten a K Bro. Walker just lacks the goods to hang in there with the Brothers.

Travis Walker is the man. He's not beating the Klitschkos, but he could upset some top 10 guys. From what I can tell, he's gotten better (!), but he's still so hittable. At least he's no gassing early now.

Leapai Walker >>> Brewster Sergei actionwise, awful ref stoppage though.

he has a Glass Jaw for one and is not going anywhere. He is and will always be a Journeyman.

I'd rate Walker as better than a journeyman. But he'll always come up short against top opposition, and will even get starched now and then on clubside.

But I'll bet Walker will spring a big upset or two before he's done.

Chazz Spoon is a big 225 pounds and he did get his full body weight behind a few of them bombs that landed on Mitchell... Mitchell was buzzin' hard, but he stayed upright and lasted the round...

Again, I just met a guy from down south who's backing up Travis Walker right now and they are trying to get Walker some good fights, if not a title shot by 2013...

Lot's of big heavyweights get their full body weight behind their shots, but that doesn't make them punchers. You need to ask yourself what kind of power Chazz carries. The consensus, all along, has been that Chazz's power is not impressive.

If that had been Walker, Wach, Ty Fields, or even Demetice King landing the punch, Mitchell would have been comatose (not that these punchers would have connected, but I think you get my drift).

Fres Oquendo would outbox and KO Walker in about nine rounds. Is the promoter aware of that?

A good fight for Walker might be Seth Mitchell, in fact. Most likely Mitchell gets a KO within three rounds. But Walker could get lucky if he goes for broke. Certainly Mitchell would not be able to recover from Walker's bombs, assuming Travis can connect.
