Who feels disgusted by the ridiculous praise that Calzaghe gets?

What division outside of welter has a bunch of somebodies ?

 

Well considering what he did at super middle, its nothing sure of great ..If you can find me another fighter that has had as much success as him at their perspective division then I may agree with you ..The fact that these fighters have to mainatin weight and kill themselves to stay at that weight and be successful at it is easier said than done ..You may not agree with what he has accomplished but he's defieantly heading for the hall of fame..

 

Really so tell me who do you think is next in lone to reign at their division in the manner Calzaghe did ?

I mean waht 20 title defenses and the undisputed champ then moves up to beat the liner lt heavy weight champ ??

Every division is subject to scruitiny .


I mean who is in line to do such things ? And its funny but anybody can get into the hof ? Really like whom ???

 

He just beat Hopkins who recently beat Tarver. Would not make sense to fight him. No money or prestige to gain out of this. Stupid fight.

Have his final fight against someone who just lost to Dawson? Makes no sense. Calzaghe beat Omar Sheika after Sheika beat Johnson several years ago. Calzaghe would have beaten Johnson at supermiddle.

Just lost to Pavlik twice. Priced himself out of a fight before the first Pavlik loss. Would not make any sense.

Another fighter recently beaten by Hopkins. That is the Hopkins who is suddenly an "old man". A blown up light middle/middleweight. Wright brings no money to the table. No point in this fight.

So basically this whole post was ****ing stupid.

 

So you, a keyboard warrior, are criticising an athlete, a warrior. Someone who won multiple competitions and national titles in the amatuers. Someone who was about 110-10 in the amatuers. Someone who is 45 (32 KO) - 0 in the pro's (so far). Someone who has had 21 defences over 11 years. Someone who has won the WBO, WBC, WBA, IBF and The Ring super middle belts. Been the first person to hold two Ring belts at the same time.

You, a ****ing keyboard warrior, who wouldn't last one ****ing minute in a ring with Joe Calzaghe.

Beat an old Eubank ---> 10 or so years of fluff ---> beat an even old Hopkins....

All so true....sadly stating the blatant facts to these blinded nuthuggers does no good, somehow fighting 3 good fighters in 45 fights is something to behold.......very interesting 3 good fighters(Eubank, Kessler, and Hopkins)with only 1 of them being a dangerous fight(Kessler)

Aside from this Joe has a dreadful style, which couldnt be more conventionally flawed and boring(sorry a grown man running and flurrying like an 8 year old does nothing for me)

Get over it Joe is just another average joe or I prefer the Cardiff Ice Rink Champion
