If people wanna' pay him that much to fight, then thats him, but their also dumb as **** and should be slapped.

 

It's called PRICING YOURSELF OUT OF ANY FIGHTS.

That is plain and simple what Mayweather is doing. He got out while he can and knows if he was to stick around, he would HAVE to face either Cotto or Margarito. He already ran from Margarito once. And now he sees Cotto looking like a serious threat. Why else would he try to fight a greener Cotto, and NOW say he needs to build himself up more? It's obvious Mayweather is afraid to face someone who might beat him.

Talking trash....pricing yourself out.... both pointless. Mayweather is becoming more of a joke. His one saving grace was his incredible in ring skill. Now he doesn't even have that to fall back on. As soon as boxing forgets about him....he's nothing. Not a big time promoter...not a big time record label exec...not even a big time entertainer, which he claims. Just a bitter little man.

Floyd is a special fighter but... without a high profile, marquee opponent, he alone does NOT draw enough for 100 million

No he is not worth $100 million. Personally I have never paid for a Mayweather fight.

 

Gilbert Arenas doesnt deserve 111 million or whatever the Wizards decide to pay him.

Mayweather dont deserve that type of scratch either unless he is fighting for the Middleweight title.
