who fought better against Klitschko, was is Povetkin or Haye? I think Povetkin showed a lot more heart, courage and will to win. Haye just ran the whole day without showing any effort of winning the fight.
Povetkin, no question. But both were outclassed. People can talk **** about Wlad all they want, but the bottom line is he just better than all of these guys.
Haye fought like a ***** all night, never tried to make a fight out of and got discouraged after the 2nd round. Povetkin fought a much stronger more aggressive resilent holding wlad but never got discouraged and tried his best to make a fight out, never once did he run around the ring trying to duck and dive from wlads jabs and hooks all night. He went out on his shield, while haye when out on his bike.
Just because Povetkin got the **** wrestled out of him doesn't mean he put in a better performance. Im going with Haye. He made Wlad look like he was lost without the compass at times and came near to putting him away in the 12th. Against AP he barely broke a sweat.
povetkin put up a better effort the first 3 rounds than haye did the whole fight. haye dropped to the ground every time wlad leaned on him, which was smart really because povetkin was clearly gassed out from the excessive clinching by like round 6
Who fought better Povetkin or Haye? Is this a serious question ? One opponent was a man who earned his shot, and who tried till the end. The other was a petrified, loud-mouthed fanny, there for the $$$.
Haye landed more meaningful shots on Wlad. Povetkin landed nothing. I repeat. Nothing. Wlad beat Haye with extremly low output because he was to0 afraid to engage. The most power shots were landed by Haye. Getting battered isn't fighting a better fight.
Povetkin showed far more heart and desire to win without question, but I don't think that should be confused with putting in a better performance. Wlad won every round clearly against Povetkin, you can't say that about the Haye fight. After 8 rounds of the Haye fight, it was relatively close. Defensively Haye was excellent, Wlad didn't land too much at all. Obviously offensively he was terrible, but I'd say Povetkin done nothing in either area. Full credit to him though, he has a huge amount of heart and character.
Yes because Haye didn't try he put on a better performance. :roflatsch Povetkin made a go of it. He wasn't scared and lost. Big deal. At least he tried. All Haye did was talk and not deliver his threats. Povetkin put in more work in 3 rounds than Haye did in 12.
