Who fought the better opposition? Frazier or Tyson

Ali X3 and Foreman X2 are enough to surpass almost every HW. Unfortunately, he went 1-4.

Along with undefeated against Ellis X2, Quarry X2, Bonavena X2, and Bob Foster. I think it's pretty clearly Frazier. I do think there is an argument that Tyson was better or may even have the better resume, but just based on who they faced there is no competition.
