Makes you wonder why Pac ducked the hell out of that **** version, only to fight him a year later after a dominating loss and a gift draw. :bbb

Mosley was on the downslide before facing Mayweather or Pacquiao, his Margarito win turned out to be his last hurrah that aging fighters are sometimes capable of.

However, before the Mayweather fight people were saying he was back and if he would'nt fight Pacquiao he HAD to fight Mosley. I think it is a decent enough win for Mayweather.

The Pacquiao vs Mosley fight is obviously poor and even the Pacquiao guys will agree. His worse fight in years, up there with Mayweather vs Corley, Bruseles and Mitchell. Truly poor and very unlike him.

Good point if mosley was clearly shot before he fought floyd, why didn't pac fight him then?, I guess he wanted to wait for mosley to be super shot.

The sad reality is that he was nothing more than just a name on their resumes .

On pac's and Canelo's yes. On floyd's no :nono Floyd beat the man at WW, The WW champ, p4p number 3 at the time, history will forever show that.

Who did pac beat? Sugar Super Shot Mosley.

Nothing wrong with Corley. A tough fight for anyone ask Cotto and Maidana. Prime Corley who could focus 100% on boxing would be near the top of todays 140lb division.

floyd gets credit for agreeing to fight Mosley when he was perceived as a threat.

And he was also probably slightly better.

But in realit Mosley looked shocking in both fights and was clearly past it.

Floyd fans like to think of it as a great win, but in reality, it wasn't.

It would be like calling pacs win over delahoya great. Pac gets credit for taking on Oscar, but the oscar that turned up was shocking which is why he doesnt get much credit for that win.

Fair response. However i dont consider it a great win.

Yes Pacquiaos team ducked Mosley, and Mosley was the man at WW, but i always said the fight would be easy for Floyd. Didnt expect Floyd to walk Shane down tho.

Well having a belt is meaningless in this era ..So the only thing that history will remember is who they fought and when they fought them . Neither version of Mosley was a great win for Manny,Floyd and even Canelo .

This is like asking whether Larry Holmes or Trevor Berbick fought the better version of Ali.

true. this is one pac win that i cannot rate. but i just find it amusing that shane is trading with canelo while he was back-pedalling the whole night against pac.
