    He got the shock of his life when he stepped up to Brit Level against Herbie Hide. Said he'd never been hit so hard in his life which is a common theme with those who make or try to make the step up to Brit Level. Lucky for him Hide was chinny otherwise that step up to Brit Level could've proved costly

    Many thought Tubbs won at the time.

    The narrative has been thoroughly re-written so that now everyone says "I scored it close but a clear two rounds to Bowe..." but it wasn't that way at the time. If was more like "What the...Bowe lost to a fat has-been Tyson destroyed in two!"

    One of the reasons I just can't rate him that high. Also he should have two DQ losses.
