Who gave Cotto the more Vicious Beating : Pacquiao or Margarito...???

no way, Margo had a better Cotto. Cotto had to fight Manny at a catchweight and already had that brutal beating from Margo lingering in his head, not to mention all the scar tissue.

Many thought Cotto was damaged goods stepping into the fight with Manny, I wouldn't go as far as to say he was damaged going into that fight but definitly wasn't the same.

 

Fail, Cotto looked hesitant in his fight with Pac, he seem to not want to let his hands go, in one instance when Pac was on the ropes covered up Cotto didn't even take advantage, but all in all Margo made Cotto quit, taking knees twice and had him looking to his corner for them to intervene, i.e. if someone is beating you to the point that you give up and go down as to not want to be hit again, that should say something, with Pac he continued to fight even knowing he was losing badly because he felt he could take the punushment throughout the full twelve, the ref thought otherwise tho, Marg stop him in eleven.

Margo and it's not close. The body work he did to him being the biggest difference. Not only that Cotto quit against Margo but wanted to continue against Pac.

 

Cotto said he quit in the Margarito fight for his family's sake in which he received heavy criticism from his own fans. He wanted to quit in the Pac fight as well but changed his mind after some thinking.

 

Still doesn't change the fact that he took a more brutal beating at the hands of Margo. Margo beat the **** out of Cotto thus softening him up for Pac.:deal

 

cotto had a broken nose and orbital bone from the margo fight, in the pac fight he just had some swelling and bruises.

 

Margarito rearranged Cotto's internal organs. Probably made him **** and **** blood for weeks.

Margarito also took Cotto's heart like an Aztec did to his foe.

All in all, Margarito did more physical and psychological damage.

Maragrito was a huge underdog...that hurts!
