i picked Mayweather b/c Gatti had absolutely NOTHING going for him in that fight. He didnt win any 15 second span of that fight. At least against DLH he landed a few nice shots.

And I disagree that DLH fought a better Gatti. Gatti was on his best streak since probably the Patterson-Ruelas streak when he faced Mayweather, with 5 good wins and a title victory. Before fighting DLH he had four wins against very padded opposition and went up two divisions in that span

Gatti gave himself the worst beating. He blocked punches with his face. Didn't want to back off or move and he fought on for far too long.

 

Absolutely no doubt Lewis was about to stop Vitali in round 7
