Well logicaly he should had retired after the triology cause loosing one fight to ward is not gonna help your legacy.
on second toughts your right, loosing so many brain cells for 2 wins over ward isnt that much worth it
I think De la Hoya's beating was the worst but Oscar kind of held back in that fight IMO to carry Gatti a few rounds. I think Oscar did more damage than Floyd and Gomez but in the end I gave the nod to Floyd because at the very least Floyd was absolutely flawless in a very dominating performance. Gatti had nothing going from start to finish, not even a combination.
Gatti just didn't know to defend the left side of his head against Floyd's right. For sure his corner must have repeatedly instructed him to get his left up, but Gatti just remained open there and kept getting hit you'd cry.
Oscar De La Hoya was the most brutal/vicious beating Floyd Mayweather put on a great performance as well - Flawless Can't really pick between the two
