Augustus! Or Burton! Or was it Emmanuel Augustus Burton? :think Well anyway did Augustus not make Mayweathers nose bleed and Mayweather admitting it was his toughest opponent.
Hatton, but he fought such a dumb fight, pressure needs to come with a good jab , not just running in.
uhh yea, here are the last two rounds. Mosley looked like a deflated tire in the last two rounds, and Hatton didn't even make it. MArquez still looks fresh as ever. [yt]GMJTSxDVCKc[/yt]
I still dont understand that till this day. Mosley almost took his head off in round 2, then forgot how to punch for the next 10 rounds. :huh
Duh!!! How could I forget Castillo?! Damn I've lost my mind. That is the answer, plain and simple. End of thread.
Uh, yes, I've seen the fights and I think you're insane, on this. Toughest fight does not equal finishes freshest. Mosley had Floyd more hurt than anyone in his career. Marquez at the most generous barely edged two rounds that Floyd took off early, but without any of the danger at all. He was none too fresh either, with Nacho going "let's try to finish, with dignity, okay?". Floyd's fight with Marquez was easy. And it was meant to be easy, which is why the fight took place at all in his comeback fight.
I know you managed to forget that i have already said on this thread that i am going to make another poll with oscar, zab and castillo How quickly we forget:-(
Like I said, Mosley troubled Floyd most in that one round, but I feel Marquez gave him a better fighter in the rest of the rounds. At the end of the fight, it almost looked like Mosley wanted to quit. It's close in my eyes. You might think Marquez was just easy to outbox which is true but he didn't let Mayweather get much offense going either. Against Hatton and Mosley the fight reached a point where Mayweather could basically do whatever he wanted.
...It looked to me that he did actually hit him whenever he wanted. It's funny how we can both watch the same fight and take a completely different interpretation of what happened. :conf No biggie.
Mosley won 1 round, Marquez won one or none, Hatton won 1 or 2, and even though Mosley did the most damage, Hatton had more close-ish rounds than Shane did. But Floyd did properly dominate all three IMO.
