I think that half goes to cable and sat providers.

about 30% of what's left goes to the promoters, so 15% of the total pot

about 10% of waht the fighters make goes to the managers, so 3.5% of the total pot

so the fighters can split about 31.5% of the fight revenue

Only 20% for the fighters? Is that accurate?

how can top rank or GBP get millions of dollars by merely getting 15% of the PPV income. where do they get their additional revenues aside from PPV buys...does gate attendance and share in hotel reservations that big of an amount?

This sounds right 70% to the provider, 20% bonus to the boxer, and 10% for the promoter.

Approx 40-45% goes to the cable providers
Another 10% goes to HBO or Showtime if they produce it

The remainder is divided up according to the individual contracts between the promoters and fighters. There is no set formula. Some fighters get a high guarantee, some dont. Some get a ppv upside, some dont. Each event has its own negotiations......

Sometime high guarantees cause the promoter to LOSE money if the buys arent good (Klitschko-Williams)

And some fighters get side deals. Like Pac just got $1.2 million for the Phillippines broadcast rights, and Hatton got a large % of the UK ppv buys.

well Oscar vs PBF generated about 130million in PPV revenue and the fighters' purses are about 75 million combined which is a little over 50%
