I didn't read Foxy's posts either, he is a new quantity to me, a bit too full on for my taste, but I thought I knew a little about how Houdini conducted himself ,seems I was wrong. Learn something new every day.

If you want to dish out insults, then be prepared to receive them.

If you want to call Ali, Dundee, Pacheco, and any of his other corner men liars, you better dam sure have some proof, not heresay, and **** and bull theories.

And an idiot fighter like Norton, and Eddie Futch not even agreeing with each other but discounting Ali's version isn't proof of anything other than their own inability to reach the same conclusion.

As for what Yank posters think of me I couldn't give a ****. I don't buy into hype the way Yanks do.

I am certainly not stupid enough to believe that Hagler beats a guy who is bigger, stronger, faster, and equally as skilled if not more so, just because he is a big " name " in America.

I am sure if you went to the general boxing section there will be idiots who think that Manny Pac, because he is a however many weight champion, and a " name " is better than, and would beat Golovkin.

Buts that all they are, idiots. The same as those who believe Hagler, easily beats Calzaghe.

Foxy FFS calm down man. Just because people have a different opinion it doesn't make them idiots.

That's the guy, and that kind of foul mouth, Mcvey supports.

One heck of a nerve to attack me after this guy insults with the foulest of words not only me but every poster...again and again.

Again you, Foxy, have not shown one shred of evidence to support your claim. However it's a claim that was discounted 40 years ago as false so it's no surprise.

Regarding your hero Calzaghe...aside from old and ancient Jones and Hopkins....who did he ever beat of great note? He was an excellent fighter but his resume although undefeated is not chock full of excellent opponents. Hearns as well as Hagler would beat him. Being 5 pounds heavier won't help.

    1. I'm not a Yank, and as such I don't have heroes.

    2. Your assumption that Hearns and Hagler both beat Calzaghe is based on what exactly, other than your worthless opinion?

    3. Wtf are you talking about 5lbs? Calzaghe would generally rehydrate to 188 - 190.

His walking around weight was 196.

Wrong again, just like the Ali's jaw was broken in the 12th. Or do we believe Nortons trainer, who says it was the 11th?

Forget Calzaghe, Benn slaughters Hearns easily, and quite possibly beats Hagler.

In fact I'll take Eubank to beat the pair of them. Neither of them can hurt Eubank, but he can also KO Hearns with ease, and Hagler is just too slow to bother him.

Your not worth debating. Never a single sliver of evidence to back your point of view...and you have a foul mouth. Still waiting for one single point that backs uour claim Alis jaw was broken in round one or was it two? Would think he would know when his jaw was broken...dont you think? Maybe once they saw the film and saw no great punch was landed in round one they decided to make a change.

Buncha Mendoza wanna-bees.:verysad The REAL Mendoza wouldn't elicit a mere dismissive single word rebuttal from this poster. Why is HOUDINI morphing into WHODINI? And shouldn't Foxy [a label only the real Pam Grier should be allowed] be holding the round cards between McVey-Mendoza post exchange insults? Instead of "Who is John Galt?," I'm asking, "Who the hell IS John Galt???:huh"

I didn't pay to watch Shavers or Louis spar Zelenoff. I wanna refund!:bart

Genuine hate like that between McVey and Mendoza must be earned, carefully nurtured, cultivated and allowed to flourish over time. The fouls between them must be hidden from view, known only between the participants inflicting them upon one another. Instead of Fritzie Zivic though, I'm getting Andrew Golota.

Once upon a time, professional wrestling was authentic competition. Now, it's a blatant work, and everybody knows in advance how the outcome is booked. I want true contempt, not this fabricated crap.

You just don't get it do you inbred MORONIC fool.

You're the one saying Ali. Dundee, Pacheco, and the rest of the corner are liars.

Therefore the burden of proof is ON YOU.

    So far you've offered,

    1. Lack of ice packs.

    2. Norton doesn't know Ali has a broken jaw on fight night.

    3. Norton suddenly says he remembers, 4 months later, and claims it was round 12.

    4. Futch says it was definitely round 11.

    5. Some other dickhead writing for some Chicago newspaper claims to know some downtown doctor who sees the x-rays and says that break must have happened late in the fight.

Problem is said doctor is not an orthopedic surgeon, and therefore knows no more about broken bones than the dickhead writing for the newspaper.

If the above is your idea of evidence that all in the Ali camp are liars, don't take up law, particularly not defence law, as a guy you represent could go to court, on a traffic offence and get sent down for 25 years.:lol::lol:

You have no proof and your foul mouth shows clearly you are lost. Next time debate someone at your own very low level.

Aaaah for the "Golden Age Of Insults" . Like the 70's heavyweights, today's squabbles are poor imitations. No one gets called a dolt, ,poltroon, a mendacious spin doctor, a Rain Man with the literary skill of a ******ed chimp , or a cancerous old man these days. Despicable individual is promising, but hardly top drawer.

Times change and rarely for the better.:-(
