Joking aside, I would say Horn. Paulie can't beat pac even if he brings a stick.

Malignaggi have said it before that he would've beaten Manny.

 

Paulie once said he would pile on the points against Pac.

I don't know who Horn is but I do know who Malignaggi is.

Who is Horn? I don't think any version of Paulie beats Pac. Too feather-fisted.

 

Horn has good pop and good skills along with decent size. He's above Australian level at least. But that's not a hard barrier to break. TBH I could see Horn beating or at the minimum giving a tough fight to Broner, Berta, Ortiz, Vargas. But he'd be iced by Thurman, Spence, Brooke. So I'd say he's better than malinaggi at this stage.
