Who had a better career, Timothy Bradley Jr or Ricky Hatton?

Bradders was probably never the man in the division and his win over Pac is highly debatable but he has another set of excellent wins.

Cheaterson
Undefeated Alexander
Prodnikov
and Jmm

Any one of these would probably add highly to Hattons resume which after Kosta, Mallinagi, Collazo and Urango is a bit thin of real high quality.

So in terms of how he was viewed, his wins in big fights etc I'd probably go Bradley

H2H I do not think Bradley can hang with Hatton. Even though Hatton is not a p4p ATG he is becoming underrated at 140. His pressure would be too much for Bradley in an 8-4 kind of fight. Hatton was a very good fighter.

Bradley had a better career, I think that is clear.

I do think Hatton at his best beats Bradley at 140lb though.

 

Better career is definitely Hatton, he’s still very popular and liked while nobody can stand Bradley.

 

If we talk about popularity yes, clearly Hatton.
But if you're only interested in athletic accomplishments, Bradley is superior.

Yeah but the question was “better career” not better resume, I guess you can go both ways with career, Hatton still had some great wins, fun fighter to watch and very likable so my vote is still Hatton because Bradley is so unlikable and annoying, I really don’t understand why he’s a commentator??!

 

Don't know how anyone can pick Hatton, yes he had a fairly decent career but Bradley fought much better fighters and beat most of them
