I think the only punch Wlad has over Holmes is the left hook. Maybe.

 

Wlad only throws the left hook jab and right cross.

He throws it with twice the force of larry.

Well we are talking about Wlads punching ability, not his glass chin and low stamina.

I don't care much for wlad. Fan of larry, but if I were to choose Wlads weapons he had over larry it was punching.
The left jab is quicker and more consistent of larrys which was a snappy point scorer, it wasn't a bomb and a dismantler like Wlads jab. If holmes had that power he would be seen as the greatest hw of all time. He's probably a Top3 h2h as it is.

 

Wladmirs jab actually deters his opponent from punching.
If a fighter can get through his jab, he succeeds, but it's a missile. Larrys looser snappier jab didn't put fighters in the survival mode, but he was landing a great rate and beating his opponent with it.

The bums of today can't slip a jab and walk face first into Wlads.

Brock and Pulev out jabbed Wlad. Wlad never beat anybody who had a decent jab.

 

Yeh they then ate a few right hands and left hooks and were ktfo.

Holmes had the more consistent jab, and his jab was more of a weapon in and of itself.

That said, Wlad is able to do a bit more than Holmes off the jab, and it's not like it's a terrible weapon when he elects to use it.
